dentist: bakit hindi mo tningnan ung file bago k nglabas ng anesthesia? dapat bago ka ngprepare ng gamit un ang una mong titingnan.
assistant: (taray tone) mag-isa lng kse ako dun. ksalanan ko ba mgisa lng ako mgaassist dun? ( as if telling the dentist na bakit nde ka nagassist dun) alam ko naman mali ako. bat sasabihin mo pa.
dentist: bakit wala ka ba karapatan msabihan ng mali mo?
disclaimer: tinawagan ng assistant ung receptionist na papuntahin sa loob ung dentist at mag-assist.. ung dentist akala ung surgeon ang nghahanap s knya..un pla ung assistant lang ang may pakana.

I'm thinking the best solution there is let your boss know about this. Stating that you can't work at this kind of environment.
1. it's freaking stressful since the nurses themselves don't even have the attitude to work there. In fact even a domestic worker could do their job with the proper instructions. If they don't want to work let them go. They are just a waste of time, effort and money.
2. The stress is bad for your health bebeko. you should avoid becoming stressed as much as possible.
3. Enough is enough, you have already wasted enough time at them. As you said they are smart and professionals, why can't they even act like one.
